Healthy Feet are Happy Feet

Happy Feet Podiatry provides care for a wide range of foot and ankle concerns, from everyday discomfort to more complex conditions. Whether you are experiencing heel pain, an ingrown toenail, a sports injury or an ongoing foot condition, Dr. Lords will help you understand your options and find the right path forward.

Many patients tell me they wish they had called sooner. If you’re in pain or concerned about something, don’t wait to have it checked.”

Dr. Robert Lords

Foot and Ankle Care for Every Step

Heel Pain and Plantar Fasciitis

Heel pain can make even everyday activities challenging. Dr. Lords will identify the cause of your discomfort and create a personalized treatment plan, beginning with conservative, nonsurgical options whenever appropriate. Treatment may include custom orthotics, injections, and other approaches to relieve pain and improve mobility.

Toenail and Foot Fungus

Fungal infections can affect both the toenails and surrounding skin and may be difficult to treat without professional care. Depending on your symptoms, treatment may include topical or oral antifungal medication and professional nail care to support healthier skin and nails.

Bunion, Corns and Calluses

Bunions, corns and calluses can cause uncomfortable pressure and make walking or wearing shoes painful. Treatment may include footwear adjustments, protective padding, custom orthotics, or in-office care to relieve pressure and improve comfort.

Foot and Ankle Injuries

From sudden sprains and fractures to sports and overuse injuries, foot and ankle problems can interfere with work, exercise and everyday activities. A thorough evaluation helps determine the right treatment to reduce pain, support healing and help you safely return to your normal routine.

Pediatric Foot Care

Children can experience a variety of foot and ankle concerns as they grow. Gentle, supportive care is available for flat feet, walking concerns, ingrown toenails, sports injuries, and other conditions, with treatment tailored to each child’s age, symptoms, and activity level.

Wound Care

Foot wounds that are slow to heal require careful evaluation and treatment, particularly for patients with diabetes. Personalized wound care focuses on protecting the affected area, supporting healing, and reducing the risk of infection and other complications.
